Understand the difference between intentions and resolutions, identify meaningful intentions and learn how to embody them to achieve your goals.

In the beginning of each year, I typically get sucked into the resolutions trend. I reflect on the areas where I can improve and write down a long list of goals that I hope will transform my life. As the year progresses, I often either forget about my resolutions or I give up on them because they felt too difficult to achieve. Can you relate to this?

According to an article by Forbes, 80% of people ditch their New Year’s resolutions by February. Resolutions are often based in areas we label as lacking, which is rooted in negativity. They tend to be strict and rigid, leaving little room for the unpredictable curveballs life throws our way.

This past year, I was inspired to replace my resolutions with meaningful intentions. Intentions focus on attracting abundance and attaining our future vision, which is rooted in positivity. They can also be adaptable so you can modify them and infuse them into every part of your life.

How do you set meaningful intentions to achieve your goals and manifest your dreams?

Embodiment is the key to manifesting your dreams into reality. Embodying your intentions involves holding them in your mind, feeling them in your body and aligning your actions with your intentions to accomplish your goals.
