Each heart-felt event is created for inner healing and community support. The locations vary throughout San Diego so that people from all parts of the city have an opportunity to join.

An intention setting practice
A form of yoga (hatha flow, yin or yoga nidra)
A guided meditation and breath work practice
Crystal alchemy sound healing
Tea and complimentary snacks
